Anyone interested in booking a session with Miss Kelley is required to fill out the following application. The more information you can provide, the better! Miss Kelley will send you an email at the address provided if your application has made it to the next round.
Miss Kelley reserves the right to select her clients, and can refuse or reject an application on any grounds. Note: Miss Kelley does not offer any sexual services. Ever. All applicants certify that they are over 18 years of age.
